Terms & Conditions
Deposit Requirements-	Up to three days rental- full payment due at booking
	Four or more days rental- 50% of room rate due at booking. Balance due on arrival.
	Minimum Stay- 3 Nights in Low Season; 7 Nights High Season (sometimes I can find a shorter period between other stays and can work things out for a 3 night stay in high season as well)
	(Refundable) $500 damage deposit taken at check-in.
Cancellation Policies-	Deposit is refundable 30 or more days from occupancy (LOW season)*
	Deposit is refundable 60 or more days from occupancy (HIGH season)*
	Deposit is refundable 120 or more days from occupancy (HOLIDAY season)*
